Payments can be made at the time of purchase using a variety of methods accepted via the website provider, Shopify. They include Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Bank transfers can also be made for purchases. If you would prefer to pay this way, then please contact the store to finalise the order and secure the items. The payment plus a copy of the receipt of payment/screenshot of payment must be sent to clarebowley@ymail.com within 3 working days. Sadly, failure to do so will result in the items being unable to be held past that point. Please ensure that you use your name/order number as reference when making payment so we can correctly correlate your order and payment. Bank transfer/payment should be made to the following account:

Items are sent through Australia Post and can be shipped efficiently using this method, being able to be tracked and to reach customers Australia-wide and overseas.
Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact Nurture Gifts via email clarebowley@ymail.com or phone 0405 810168 as soon as possible to further discuss the matter.
Unfortunately Nurture Gifts will not consider refunds in the case of a 'change of mind'.
If an item arrives damaged, please do contact Nurture Gifts via email clarebowley@ymail.com or phone 0405 810168 as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out, or a credit to the same value of the item that was damaged. You will be required to return the damaged item securely using tracked postage, at your own cost.
